Today was all about the Euros. After a 300km/h ride on the train to Munich, it was out to Allianz Arena (home of Bayern Munich) for the Denmark v Serbia game of the Euros. Whoever won would get through to the last 16.
The metro train ride to the stadium was full on. After getting on one stop before the main station, all was reasonably calm on the train. Then pulling in, the platform was packed with hundreds of supporters chanting madly and loudly. As they squeezed on, the chanting barely stopped for the 20min ride to the stadium. The train was bouncing up and down at one stage from all the jumping.

The noise and atmosphere in the stadium in the lead up to and start of the game was huge.
And who would have thought that after Mamfa having been to the Australian Open over 20 times, the closest he would ever get to Novax Djokovic would be at a football game.

The game however did not live up to the hype as they played out a 0-0 draw with only a few good chances (including the one below).
It was a fantastic experience however and well worth it for the atmosphere both before and during the game.
