Today we had another walk around Tallin Old Town at the upper level for some good views over the city walls.

We then joined our cycling tour group. The group is 16 people, mostly from the UK, mostly retired. They are all a well-travelled bunch with some interesting stories to tell.
We headed out of town for an hour on the bus before starting a leisurely first day of about 30kms riding through Lahemaa National Park and around a peninsula along the Baltic Sea coast. There were remnants of the Soviet occupation with abandoned watchtowers and buildings that were slowing getting eaten by the forest.

I even found some colourful rocks to pose in front of.

We are staying the night in the medieval town of Rakvere.
