It was goodbye to a great time in Croatia and to head to France. We flew to Nantes where Mawfa’s brother Guy picked us up and took us back to his place in Rennes (after a traditional French lunch at McDonald’s – there were French Fries).

It was great to see Guy, Evelyn, Tom, Mattis and Leo (and Whisky the cat). We are staying with them for the next five days.
We sat around eating, drinking and watching the Olympics opening ceremony which was great despite the persistent rain in Paris.
