An epic trip to major sporting events throughout Europe & the USA

Day 54: Hungary to Croatia

Second go at getting to Croatia today. Given the train was once again in the arvo, we visited the Pest Synagogue in the morning. It is the largest in Europe and second largest in the world (after New York). An interesting but disturbing guided tour about what occurred there and in the Jewish Ghetto in WWII.

After getting to the right train station this time it was 6hrs to Zagreb (after almost being left on the train as the split it up somewhere in rural Hungary). Mamfa managed to finish watching Beef on Netflix and read Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S Thompson – trippy 4 stars
